Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certification shows Shaughnessy’s commitment to customers with a guaranteed delivery of FSC certified papers, which are stored in our FSC certified warehouses. FSC’s concept of “chain of custody” certification requires that every company in the process, from the forest to the printer, are all FSC certified.

To earn and keep our FSC-COC, we must follow certain procedures to ensure that the “chain of custody” remains intact. Procedures include such things as: verifying suppliers’ FSC certification; products received and recorded as FSC certified; specific procedures for shipping and invoices; record retention for five years; annual audit by a third-party FSC approved company. The FSC logo identifies products from well-managed forests.
